Pupineto is a trullo built from scratch about fifteen years ago. It is a perfect trullo for families or couples of friends because it has eight beds divided into two apartments, the first in a trullo with four beds and the second in an annex with another four beds. The outdoor area is very beautiful because the swimming pool was built in a particular point close to a staircase built into the rock.

The interior

The Pupineto is ideal for large families or couples of friends, there are eight beds divided into two units. In the trullo there is air conditioning and is composed of a living room with fireplace, kitchenette, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the lamia we have a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living area with fireplace.

The owner recently renovated it and has preserved all the original features, from the stone to the white plaster, from the small courtyard to the rooms without doors. The location of the trullo is also enchanting because by taking a short walk among the Mediterranean scrub and centuries-old olive trees you arrive on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

The interior

Trullo Fragnelli is made up of several adjacent rooms. The main trullo is composed of a living room with a bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. In the second trullo we have a double bedroom with a bathroom, and finally in another trullo there is a large living room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchenette.

Trulli Azzalema is a particular trulli complex, almost unique in its kind because it has two apartments that are almost twins of each other. It is perfect for four couples or for groups of families with children, there are eight beds in four double bedrooms. The first trullo includes a living room-kitchen with TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can become a double upon request) and a bathroom with shower. The second trullo has a well-equipped kitchen with TV, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Tenuta Miriam is a modern villa that can accommodate up to 11 people, ideal for large families, it offers six bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The villa is divided between the ground floor and the basement. The ground floor boasts a grand living room which has numerous glass doors and windows overlooking the veranda, courtyard and lush surroundings. The fully furnished and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for family lunches and dinners. Finally on the ground floor we have the master suite with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower. The room overlooks the garden and the landscaped area, full of olive trees and assorted trees. The lower basement houses four additional king suites with private bathrooms and an additional single bedroom with its own bathroom. This level provides access to the rear grounds of the villa.
