Welcome to Casale Dolina Verde, a modern country retreat nestled in the heart of the Itria Valley. This splendid property consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms, three complete bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The house has heating, Wi-Fi air conditioning, barbecue, a gazebo, a garden and a 40 meter infinity pool.

The interior

The house has been tastefully furnished and has all the comforts. There are several entrances: one from the kitchen and two from a large living room with sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower perfect for having your own privacy.

The exterior 

Leaving the living room, you enter a veranda equipped with tables and chairs, perfect for having lunch and dinner. The property is well cared for, with a lawn and the swimming pool, which is 40 m2 large and 1.40 m high.

Masseria in Trulli Valle d’Itria is an enchanting residence in the heart of the Itria Valley, immersed in 3 hectares of land with olive groves, almond trees, orchards, vineyards and a pine forest.  The residence is made up of 14 majestic trulli, built at the beginning of the 19th century. The entire structure can comfortably accommodate 15 people. It is divided into three independent units: Trullo degli Anelli, Suite and Focolare. This property can be rented as a whole or the apartments can be rented individually.

The entire structure can comfortably accommodate fifteen people, ideal for couples of friends or large families, there are four double bedrooms, a single room, three double sofa beds, four bathrooms and three kitchens.

The outdoor spaces are large and well equipped. Near the trullo we find a gazebo with a table perfect for lunch and dinner, using the barbecue. The interior

Petralux preserves the authenticity of the trulli architecture and is ideal for families or three couples, because it has 6 beds. The trullo consists of three well-furnished double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings have been tastefully made and there is a wifi connection in the trullo. The structure is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and wifi.

The exterior 

In the outdoor area you will find a beautiful garden full of Mediterranean plants which is located between the trulli and the 40m2 swimming pool area. There are two gazebos, one equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs close to the swimming pool and a second gazebo with tables and chairs near the barbecue, therefore a perfect area for dining on warm summer evenings.
