The booking price of Villa dei Pini does not include cleaning which amounts to 200.00 Euros to be paid in cash at check in.

Finally, there is the tourist tax to be paid in cash at check in which is equal to 1,5 Euro per person per day for a maximum of 5 nights. (Children up to 12 years old do not pay)
